摘　　要：随着农业现代化的发展,农村人才队伍的建设问题受到关注。贵州省农业发展具有独特的地域性,其新型职业农民的发展具有一定的代表性。新型职业农民是具有一定的科学文化素养和必要的现代农业生产经营技术,在农村地区专门从事农业生产相关工作的人员,其特征是“爱农业、懂技术、善经营”。在乡村振兴战略的指导下,贵州新型职业农民的发展已经取得了显著成效和成果,但仍存在一些瓶颈,主要体现在扶持政策不落地、培育体系不完善和职业吸引力不强三个方面。基于此,可以通过实施培育工程,强化扶持政策落实;创新培育模式,完善培训机制;营造培育氛围,提高职业认同等方式建构新型职业农民的支持体系。With the development of agricultural modernization,the construction of rural talent team has been attracting attention.Because of the unique regionalism of Guizhou's agricultural development,the development of new professional farmers is representative to a certain extent.The new type of professional farmer is a person who has certain scientific and cultural accomplishment and necessary modern agricultural production and management technology,and specializes in agricultural production-related work in rural areas which is characterized by"love agriculture,understand technology and good management".Under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of new professional farmers in Guizhou has achieved remarkable results and achievements,but there are still some bottlenecks,mainly reflected in the support policy is not landing,the cultivation system is not perfect and the occupation attraction is not strong.Based on this,this paper proposes the construction of a support system for new types of professional farmers.Implement cultivation projects and strengthen the implementation of supporting policies;innovate the cultivation mode and improve the training mechanism;create cultivating atmosphere and improve professional identity.
