摘  要:声学释放器机械释放单元的释放过程决定着声学释放器的释放成功率。为验证研制的声学释放器机械释放单元样机的释放过程和使用性能,采用基于模型设计的方法,建立声学释放器机械释放单元的多域物理模型,通过仿真试验验证声学释放器机械释放单元的结构性能,并对声学释放器机械释放单元样机进行压力釜、抗负载拉力试验和万米海试。结果表明,通过仿真试验、压力釜试验、抗负载拉力试验和万米海试,证实了研制的声学释放器机械释放单元样机可以在最大工作深度11 km和最大有效载荷10 t的工作条件下实现释放功能。This paper is concerned with the insight that the success rate of acoustic releaser is determined by the release process of the mechanical release unit.In order to validate the release process and the performance of the developed prototype,the study involves establishing a multi-domain physical model using a model-based design approach;conducting simulation tests to verify the structural performance of the mechanical release unit;and performing the pressure kettle tests,load resistance tensile tests,and a 10000-meter sea trial on the prototype.The results demonstrate that under maximum working conditions(11 km depth and 10 t payload),the developed mechanical release unit prototype successfully achieves its intended function by the similation tests,the pressure kettle tests,load resistance tensile tests and the 10000-meter sea trial.
