摘　　要：信息化时代的来临,使高校教学管理改革与优化迫在眉睫。了解信息化背景下高校教学管理中的资源共享,遵循创新原则,促进资源共享工作展开,有利于高校教学管理创新和优化。文章将从持续创新管理观念,树立信息化资源共享意识、提升去行政化速度,有效加快扁平化管理步伐、应用先进管理技术,为信息资源共享提供支持三方面入手,推动资源共享工作发展,以促进教育资源得到充分应用。The advent of the information age makes the reform and optimization of teaching management in colleges and universities imminent.Understanding resource sharing in university teaching management in the context of information technology,following innovative principles,and promoting resource sharing work are conducive to innovation and optimization of university teaching management.The paper will promote the development of resource sharing work from three aspects:continuously innovating management concepts,establishing awareness of information resource sharing,improving the speed of de-administration,effectively accelerating the pace of flat management,applying advanced management technologies,and providing support for information resource sharing,in order to promote the full application of educational resources.
