摘　　要：脑卒中是由于脑血管疾病引起的脑部血液供应中断或减少,导致脑组织缺血、缺氧和功能障碍的疾病。脑卒中是一种严重的疾病,曾患脑卒中的患者往往会有严重残疾等后遗症导致生活质量受损,这与持续的适应不良反应和持续的神经功能缺损有关。临床迫切需要新的治疗方案来辅助现有的治疗方法。深部脑电刺激(DBS)是一种被广泛认可且安全的神经调控技术,它将刺激电极植入脑实质,并连接到植入式脉冲发生器(IPG),以便将电脉冲传递到目标大脑结构,为患者康复带来了希望。DBS具有选择性好、创口小、安全、直接等特点,对促进脑卒中后运动功能恢复具有巨大潜力。未来临床通过规范化的多中心试验,进一步完善DBS具体实施标准和参数,将更好地满足运动功能障碍等临床康复治疗的需求。Stroke is a disease caused by cerebrovascular disease,which causes the interruption or reduction of blood supply to the brain,resulting in ischemia,hypoxia,and dysfunction of brain tissue.Stroke is a serious disease,and patients who have suffered from stroke often have sequelae such as severe disability,leading to impaired quality of life,which is related to persistent maladaptive reactions and persistent neurological deficits.There is an urgent need for new treatment options to add to existing treatment methods.Deep brain stimulation(DBS)is a widely recognized and safe neuromodulation technology.It requires the implantation of stimulation electrodes into the brain parenchyma and connec-tion to an implantable pulse generator(IPG)in order to deliver electrical pulses to the target brain structure,which brings hope to these patients.DBS has the characteristics of good selectivity,small incision,safety,directness and so on,and has great potential for promoting the recovery of motor function after stroke.In the future,through standardized multi-center trials,the specific implementation standards and parameters of DBS will be further improved,which will better meet the needs of clinical rehabilitation treatment such as motor dysfunction.
