摘　　要：目的探讨代谢综合征对老年期精神分裂症的认知功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法选择2016年8月至2017年6月我院符合《ICD-10精神与行为障碍分类》精神分裂症诊断标准的老年患者(≥60岁)120例,其中伴发代谢综合征(MS)的患者89例(MS组),非MS患者31例(非MS组),两组使用韦氏记忆量表、韦氏智力量表评定认知功能,以及生活能力评定量表评定日常生活能力。结果MS组韦氏记忆和韦氏智力水平及日常生活能力低于非MS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伴有代谢综合征的老年期精神分裂症患者的认知功能的损害和生活能力下降会更严重。Objective To evaluate the effect of metabolicsyndrome on cognitive function and daily activity in elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods From August 2016 to June 2017,120 elderly patients(≥60 years old)in our hospital who met the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in accordance with ICD-10 Classification of Mental and Behavioral Disorders were selected,including 89 patients with metabolic syndrome(MS)(MS group)and 31 patients without MS(non-MS group).The Wechsler Memory Scale,the Wechsler Intelligence Scale were used to assess cognitive function,and the Life Ability Rating Scale was used to assess daily living ability.Results The Wechsler memory,intelligence level and daily living ability of MS group were lower than those of non-MS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive impairment and reduced ability to live are more severe in elderly schizophrenics with metabolic syndrome.
