Objective To observe the diagnostic effect of combining MRI and CT in the diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction. Methods The cases were selected from January 2021 to September 2023.In 198 patients with cerebral infarction in the hyperacute stage,CT and MRI were diagnosed respectively to compare the disease detection, diagnostic efficacy and different sizes lesion detection of single CT,single MRI and CT and combined MRI.Results The positive rate of CT and MRI diagnosis was higher than that of single CT and single MRI diagnosis, the coincidence rate, sensitivity, specificity of CT and MRI diagnosis was higher than that of single CT and single MRI diagnosis, and the detection rate of CT and MRI diagnosis was higher than that of single CT and single MRI diagnosis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The diagnostic effect of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction in hyperacute period is obviously better than that of single CT and single MRI diagnosis method is high, which can intuitively find the lesion condition of patients, and provide scientific basis for disease treatment.
