多学科协作护理专案在日间结直肠癌患者院外口服化疗药中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌患者接受护理专案干预后对提高口服化疗药服药依从性、强化自我效能的作用。方法选择2022年6月至2022年12月在我院接受药物化疗治疗的结直肠癌患者300例作为研究对象,按照计算机随机编号抽取结果进行分组,对照组(150例)患者实施常规模式护理;观察组(150例)患者开展护理专案模式护理,对两组患者护理前后口服化疗药物服药依从性予以评估,比较两组结果的统计学差异。另外分别评估两组患者护理前后自我效能及生活质量,分析评分变化趋势。结果两组患者实施护理前服药依从性各个方面评分组间对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组患者通过护理专案干预后,服药依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。另外,观察组患者自我效能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对结直肠癌患者通过实施护理专案干预能够有效提高口服用药的依从性,强化患者自我管理效能,提高生活质量,值得运用推广。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on improving compliance with oral chemotherapy drugs and enhancing self-efficacy in colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 300 colorectal cancer patients who underwent drug chemotherapy treatment in our hospital from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The results were randomly selected and grouped according to computer codes.The control group(150 cases)received routine nursing care;The observation group(150 cases)underwent nursing project mode nursing,and the adherence to oral chemotherapy medication before and after nursing was evaluated for the two groups of patients.The results were compared for statistical differences between the two groups.In addition,evaluate the self-efficacy and quality of life of two groups of patients before and after nursing,and analyze the trend of score changes.Results The showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of medication adherence between the two groups before nursing implementation(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the medication adherence scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the self-efficacy score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing nursing intervention for colorectal cancer patients can effectively improve their compliance with oral medication,strengthen their self-management efficiency,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of application and promotion.
