对高血压合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者以适时模式的全周期照护的价值

摘　　要：目的评价接受化疗的高血压合并非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者开展适时模式的全周期照护的价值。方法以回顾性分析展开该研究,时段介于2022年3月至2023年5月,择我院44例高血压合并NHL患者,采用随机信封法分组处理(每组22例);对照组给予常规护理,观察组开展适时模式的全周期照护,对比两组血压水平、遵医行为、心理状态、生活质量。结果干预前,两组血压水平无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者遵医用药、合理饮食及康复锻炼,遵医行为分别为95.45%、90.91%、90.91%,与对照组相比遵医行为良好(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者自护能力高,血压水平低[(其收缩压、舒张压分别显示为(120.11±5.33)mmHg、(78.11±6.58)mmHg],与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理状态良好,生活质量各指标数值更高(P<0.05)。结论对化疗的高血压合并NHL患者开展适时模式的全周期照护优势明显,可良好控制患者血压水平,提高其自身遵医行为和自护能力。Objective To evaluate the value of timely mode full cycle care for patients with chemotherapy induced hypertension combined with non Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL).Methods A retrospective study was conducted from March 2022 to May 2023.44 patients with hypertension combined with NHL in our hospital were selected and group treatment with random envelope method(22 cases per group);The control group received routine care,while the observation group received timely and full cycle care,blood pressure level,compliance behavior,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group patients followed medication,had a reasonable diet,and underwent rehabilitation exercise,with compliance behaviors reaching 95.45%,90.90%,and 90.90%,respectively.Compared with the control group,the compliance behavior was good(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group had higher self-care ability and lower blood pressure levels(their systolic and diastolic blood pressure were[(120.11±5.33)mmHg,(78.11±6.58)mmHg,respectively],compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group showed good psychological status and higher values of various indicators of quality of life(P<0.05).Conclusions The advantage of timely mode full cycle care for chemotherapy induced hypertension combined with NHL patients is significant,which can effectively control the patient's blood pressure level,improve their compliance behavior and self-care ability.
