摘 要:倾转机构在倾转旋翼机过渡飞行阶段起着重要作用。文中以某倾转旋翼机倾转机构为研究对象,建立计算数学模型,研究传动角随作动器固定点变化规律,并以整个倾转过程中传动角算术平均值最大为优化目标,得到作动器固定位置最优点,并以该点为研究目标,当作动器匀速运动时,研究倾转角度及角速度随时间变化规律,为倾转机构控制提供参考。研究结果表明:固定点位置横向距离为4r、纵向距离为0.7r时,倾转过程平均传动角最大为67.369°;当作动器匀速运动时,倾转机构角度接近线性增加,角速度先降低,后提高,呈类抛物线规律。The tilting mechanism plays an important role in the transition phase when the tilt rotor aircraft is flying.In this article,with the focus on the tilt rotor aircraft's tilting mechanism,the mathematical model of calculation is set up,and the vari-ation regularity of the transmission angle with the actuator's fixed point is explored.Besides,with the maximum arithmetic mean value of the transmission angle in the whole tilting process as the optimization objective,the best fixed point of the actuator is i-dentified.With this point as the focus,when the actuator is moving at a uniform speed,efforts are made to explore the variation regularity of the tilting angle and the angular velocity with the passing time,so as to provide reference for the control of the tilting mechanism.The result shows that when the transverse distance of the fixed point is 4r and the longitudinal distance is O.7r,the average transmission angle in the tilting process is the largest,which is 67.369°;when the actuator moves at a uniform speed,the angle of the tilting mechanism increases nearly linearly,and the angular velocity decreases first and then increases,showing an approximately parabolic regularity.
