摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理人员职业倦怠与经前期综合征的关系。方法采用一般资料调查表、Maslach职业倦怠量表及经前期综合征量表对宁夏某三级甲等医院18个科室的306名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员职业倦怠的发生率为74.51%、经前期综合征的发生率为56.21%,职业倦怠总分为(41.71±8.64)分。护理人员职业倦怠总分及其各维度得分与经前期综合征评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员职业倦怠的发生率较高,经前期综合征对其职业倦怠有影响。护理管理者应采取有效措施改善临床护理人员经前期综合征症状,从而降低其职业倦怠水平。Objective To explore the correlation between premenstrual syndrome and job burnout among clinical nurses.Methods Totally,306 nurses from 18 departments of a GradeⅢA hospital in Ningxia were surveyed by the general information questionnaire,Maslach Burnout Inventory and Premenstrual Syndrome Scale.Results The incidence of job burnout and premenstrual syndrome were 74.51%and 56.21%respectively,and the total score of job burnout was(41.71±8.64).The score of premenstrual syndrome was positively correlated with the score of job burnout and its dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of occupational burnout among clinical nurses is high,and premenstrual syndrome has an impact on their occupational burnout.Nursing managers should take effective measures to improve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome in clinical nurses so as to reduce their job burnout level.
