摘 要:为提高军事运筹学课程教员实战化教学水平,分析了当前军事运筹学课程教员队伍的现状;剖析了军事运筹学课程教员能力提升的着力点,即知战晓战、钻战研战、教战练战3种能力;提出了以高端战争为牵引、以勇于创新为动力、以理实一体为抓手,加强教员队伍3种能力培养的措施与方法.教学实践表明,该措施方法有助于提高军事运筹学课程教员的实战化教学水平,同时提升了学员的军事问题定量分析能力和决策优化能力,教学效果得到了明显提升.In order to improve the level of actual combat teaching of Military Operations Research instructors,this paper first analyzes the current situation of the faculty of the Military Operations Research course,then analyzes the focus of improving the ability of the Military Operations Research instructors,namely the three abilities of knowing the combat,studying the combat,teaching the combat and practicing the combat,and finally proposes the measures and methods to strengthen the training of the three abilities of the faculty by taking the high-end war as the traction,the courage to innovate as the driving force,and the integration of theory and practice as the starting point.Teaching practice shows that the proposed measures and methods are conducive to improving the level of actual combat teaching of Military Operations Research instructors,and have also increased the cadets’quantitative analysis ability of military problems and decision-making optimization ability,and that the teaching effect has been significantly boosted.
