摘　　要：目的:探究我国老年人家庭代际关系对其心理健康状况的影响,为改善老年人心理健康状况提供依据。方法:基于中国老年社会追踪调查数据,采用多元线性回归模型分析多维家庭代际关系对老年人心理健康状况的影响,利用分样本回归进行异质性分析。结果:63.29%的老年人与子女每周至少联系1次,87.65%的老年人认为自己与子女感情亲近,且仅有18.20%的老年人与其子女观点存在分歧。与低龄(60-69岁)老年人相比,高龄(80岁及以上)老年人拥有更差的心理健康状况,需要更多家庭支持。情感性团结对老年人心理健康状况有显著增益(β=0.98、1.20,P<0.05);共识性团结有利于改善老年人心理健康状况(β=0.24,P<0.01),但仅对女性作用显著(P<0.05)。结论:情感性及共识性团结程度更高的家庭代际关系更有利于改善老年人心理健康状况,特定维度家庭代际关系对不同特征老年人心理健康状况的影响存在差异。Objective:To explore the influence of intergenerational relationship on their mental health status in China and provide a basis for improving the mental health status of old adults.Methods:Based on the 2018 China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey,multiple linear regression models were used to analyze the effects of multidimensional family intergenerational relationships on mental health status in old adults,and sub-sample regression was utilized for heterogeneity analysis.Results:63.29%of old adults contacted their children at least once a week,87.65%thought they were close to their children and only 18.20%of old adults and their children had different views.Old adults(80 years old and older)had worse mental health status than younger people(60-69 years old)and needed more family support.Affectual solidarity had a significant increase in the mental health status of old adults(β=0.98、1.20,P<0.05),and consensual solidarity was conducive to improving the mental health status of old adults(β=0.24,P<0.01),but only works significantly for women(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intergenerational relationship with higher degree of affectual solidarity and consensual solidarity is more conducive to improving the mental health status of old adults,and the influence of specific family intergenerational relationship dimensions on the mental health status of old adults with different characteristics is different.
