摘　　要：针对高层和超高层建筑外墙外保温装饰层的连接构造探测难的问题,试验验证了基于爬墙机器人搭载高频雷达探测仪进行成像扫描检测的可行性,通过搭建典型外墙外保温构造进行了高频雷达探测成像的验证性测定,表明高频雷达爬墙机器人可实现精准的外墙保温板粘结构造的透射成像和定量化的测定。通过在实际的薄抹灰保温构造、轻质抹灰砂浆构造和石材幕墙3类工程上测定,表明该装备可在高层和超高层建筑上安全、方便、精准地对保温装饰层的隐蔽粘结构造进行无损的定量化成像探测,特别对石材幕墙的龙骨锚固成像进行了实际探测,取得了良好的成像效果,为建筑外墙装饰层与墙体结构连接质量和安全健康评估提供了解决方案。Aiming at the difficulty of detecting the connection structure of exterior insulation decorative layers of high-rise and super high-rise buildings,this paper experimentally verified the feasibility of imaging scanning detection based on the wallclimbing robot equipped with high-frequency radar detector,and conducted confirmative measurement of high-frequency radar detection imaging by constructing typical exterior insulation structures of external walls.The results show that the high frequency radar wall-climbing robot can achieve accurate transmission imaging and quantitative measurement of bonded structure of exterior wall insulation panels.Through the measurement of the actual thin plaster insulation structure,light plaster mortar structure and stone curtain wall three projects,it is shown that the equipment can safely,conveniently and accurately carry out non-destructive quantitative imaging detection of the hidden bonding structure of the insulation decoration layer on high-rise and super high-rise buildings.In particular,the actual detection of the keel anchor imaging of the stone curtain wall has been carried out,and good imaging effect has been achieved.It provides a solution for the quality,safety and health assessment of the connection between the decorative layer of the exterior wall and the wall structure.
