摘　　要：核电站全厂通信系统具有种类繁多、数量多、覆盖全厂等特点。目前,通信设备采购在设计、采购、安装单位管理3个方面均存在较多问题,此类问题制约工程进展。针对上述问题,论文从设计、采购、安装管理3个方面提出了工作对策,旨在提高采购工作效率,保证设备按时到货,保障现场安装进度。The communication system of nuclear power plant has the characteristics of wide variety,large quantity and coverage of the whole plant.At present,there are many problems in the procurement of communication equipment in the three aspects of design,procurement and installation unit management.Such problems will restrict the progress of the project.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward work countermeasures from three aspects of design,procurement and installation management,aiming at improving the efficiency of procurement,ensuring the timely arrival ofequipment,ensuring the on-site installation progress.
