摘　　要：阐述建筑师负责制与EPC工程总承包相结合的意义,以中航商发上海某产业园项目为例,对该项目中建筑师负责制与EPC工程总承包相结合的实践策略进行探究,主要从做好设计统筹与规划管理及完善过程设计与监造管理两方面进行具体分析。This paper expounds the significance ofcombining architect responsibility system with EPC project general contracting,and takes an industrial park project of AECC Shanghai as an example to explore the practical strategy of combining architect responsibility system with EPC project general contracting in this project,mainly from do design overall planning and planning management;specific analysis on the improvement of process design and supervision management.
