肉豆蔻与花椒挥发油复配促渗作用的研究

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取肉豆蔻和花椒的挥发油,以卡波姆940为凝胶基质,苦参碱为试验药物,氮酮为阳性对照,采用Franz扩散池法,以大鼠腹部皮肤为模拟皮肤,进行体外透皮试验。利用HPLC法测定苦参碱含量,计算其累积透过量、透皮速率与皮肤滞留量。结果表明,不同浓度的植物挥发油均可促进苦参碱的透皮吸收,当挥发油浓度为6%时,促渗效果最好,且复配挥发油的促渗效果优于单一挥发油。植物挥发油可促进苦参碱的透皮吸收,肉豆蔻与花椒复配具有一定的合理性,且可作为优良的促渗剂用于外用制剂与化妆品中。The volatile oil of nutmeg and Zanthoxylum is extracted by steam distillation.Matrine is used as experimental drug,and azone is used as positive control,while carbomer 940 is used as gel matrix.Transdermal test is performed in vitro,which the skin of rat abdomen is simulated by Franz diffusion method.The content of matrine is determined by HPLC,and its cumulative permeability,transdermal rate and skin retention are calculated.The results show that the different concentrations of phytovolatile oil can promote the transdermal absorption of matrine as well.When using the type of 6% complex volatile oil,it comes to the best permeability promoting effect,and the effect of volatile oil is better than that of single volatile oil.Plant volatile oil can promote the transdermal absorption of matrine,and the combination of nutmeg and Zanthoxylum is reasonable,and it can be used as an excellent osmotic enhancer in external preparations and cosmetics.
