摘  要:灵芝是药食同源的大型真菌,可用于预防和治疗多种疾病。灵芝三萜是灵芝的重要活性成分,其含量是评价灵芝品质的重要指标。灵芝三萜的化学结构决定其多样的生物学活性,包括抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、调节免疫功能以及调节代谢等。文中基于相关研究文献对灵芝三萜的药理作用及其机制进行总结和论述,以期为灵芝三萜在创新药物研发与功能性食品开发领域的基础研究和转化应用提供系统参考资料。Ganoderma is a large fungus that has been used for a long time samely as medicines and cooking materials,just like a famous Chinese word of ancient wisdom"Yao-Shi-Tong-Yuan"saying that many edible foods are medicines because there is absolutely no clear classification among them,to prevent and treat various diseases.Triterpenoids are important bioactive components of Ganoderma,and their content is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of Ganoderma.The various chemical structures of Ganoderma triterpenoids determine their diversified biological activities,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-aging and regulation of immune functions and metabolism as well.On the basis of relevant research literatures,this article summarizes and discusses the pharmacological effects and functional mechanisms of Ganoderma triterpenoids,wishing to provide systematic and referent information for the future basic research and industrial application of Ganoderma triterpenoids in such fields as drug innovation and functional food development.
