摘 要:1949年前后,为恢复和发展生产,中国共产党强调劳资合作,北京市劳资集体合同运动就是这一背景下的产物。在党的领导下,劳资集体合同的签订不再只是劳资双方的利益博弈,更是以实现发展生产为目的,以“劳资两利”为原则而进行的劳资合作,民主协商精神贯穿合同签订与执行的全过程。通过劳资集体合同运动,中国共产党建立了“民主、平等、两利、契约”的新民主主义劳资关系,对今天构建和谐劳资关系具有重要的启示。Around 1949,in order to restore and develop production,the Communist Party of China(CPC)emphasized labor-capital cooperation,and the collective contract movement in Beijing was the product of this background.Under the leadership of the CPC,the signing of collective contracts is no longer just a game of interests between labor and capital,but also a labor-capital cooperation for the purpose of realizing national interests-developing production,based on the principle of"mutual benefits between labor and capital",and the spirit of democratic consultation runs through the whole process of contract signing and execution.Through the collective contract movement,the Communist Party of China established the new democratic labor-capital relations of"democracy,equality,mutual benefit and contract",which has also thrown important enlightenment on the construction of harmonious labor-capital relations today.
