摘　　要：政策、技术和市场的持续变化使得企业置身于动荡的外部环境中,企业必须积极响应,以适应动态变化的外部环境,从而保持竞争优势,维持自身的生存和发展。组织忘却作为一种适应行为,备受学术界和业界关注,但其与各变量之间的关系在不同研究中仍存在较大差异。为了明确组织忘却的前因及后果变量,本研究对国内外39篇实证研究中的31909个样本进行了元分析。结果表明,组织外部环境的动态性和组织内部的创业导向、组织即兴均能促进企业开展组织忘却;组织忘却行为有助于提升企业财务绩效、突破式创新和新产品开发等创新绩效,在推动企业开展组织学习、提升吸收能力和动态能力、助力战略转型、增强持续竞争能力等方面发挥着积极作用。Since firms tend to be in a turbulent external environment due to the continuous changes in policy,technology,and market,it is necessary for them to respond to the changing external environments so as to maintain their competitive advantages and their own survival and development.Organizational unlearning,as an effective adaptive behavior,has attracted much attention in both the academia and the industry.However,there are still great divergencies in its relationships with variables among the different studies.In order to clarify the antecedents and consequences of organizational unlearning,this study conducts a meta-analysis of 31,909 samples in 39 empirical studies at home and abroad.The results show that the external environmental dyna-mism,along with internal entrepreneurial orientation and organizational improvisation,plays a key role in promoting the organizational unlearning behaviors.Correspondingly,organizational unlearning can enhance the organizational performance in finance,radical innovation and new product development,playing a positive role in facilitating organizational learning,improving absorptive capacity and dynamic capability,assisting strategic transformation,and enhancing sustainable competitiveness.
