摘  要:高职教育数字化转型是其主动适应国家重大战略和区域经济发展,为经济社会培养新型数字化能工巧匠、大国工匠的必由之路。分析江苏省高职教育数字化转型的现实基础,从院校、教师和学生三个层面判断数字化转型的发展桎梏,提出高职教育数字化转型的优化路径,即锚定职业教育的类型特征,优化人才培养全过程;以企业数字化转型要求为主线,推进教学资源建设;以信息技术和教学融合为目标,推进教师教法变革。The digital transformation of higher vocational education is the only way for it to proactively adapt to the major national strategy and regional economic development,and train a large number of new digitally skilled craftsmen and great power craftsmen for the economy and society.By studying the practical basis of the digital transformation of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province and analyzing the development constraints of the digital transformation from the three aspects of colleges,teachers and students,this paper proposes that the digital transformation of higher vocational education should anchor the characteristics of the type of vocational education and optimizing the whole process of talent cultivation;promote the construction of teaching resources with the requirements of digital transformation of enterprises as the main line;and promote the change of teachers'pedagogical methods with the integration of information technology and teaching as thegoal.
