达芬奇机器人辅助切除胃恶性肿瘤合并肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤1例

摘　　要：泌尿系肿瘤合并消化道肿瘤的病例极少,南京中医药大学附属医院2023年9月收治1例胃恶性肿瘤及嗜铬细胞瘤患者,由普外科联合泌尿外科在机器人辅助下成功切除两部肿瘤,术中应用吲哚菁绿荧光成像技术,围手术期在加速康复外科管理下患者恢复顺利出院。There are few reports of concurrent gastrointestinal and urinary cancers.A patient with gastric cancer and pheochromocytoma was admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in September 2023.The two tumors were successfully resected by General Surgery and Urology Surgery assisted by Da Vinci robot system,and indocyanine green near-infrared imaging was applied during the operation.The patient recovered successfully under the management of enhanced recovery after surgery.
