脉络膜转移癌的临床研究进展

摘　　要：脉络膜转移癌是指原发于其他部位的恶性肿瘤通过血液或淋巴传播至脉络膜的眼内继发性恶性肿瘤,缺乏典型的临床表现,容易被漏诊或误诊。脉络膜转移癌的诊断需要结合病史、临床表现、眼部辅助检查,治疗方法以全身治疗联合局部治疗,包括化学治疗、靶向治疗、放疗、光动力治疗、玻璃体腔内药物注射、手术治疗等,治疗方案的制定应根据原发肿瘤的类型、分期、转移情况、患者的一般状况、预后等因素综合考虑。Choroidal metastasis refers to a secondary intraocular malignant tumor that spreads to the choroid through blood or lymph nodes from malignant tumors originating elsewhere.It lacks typical clinical manifestations and is easy to be missed or misdiagnosed.The diagnosis of choroidal metastasis requires a combination of medical history,clinical manifestations,auxiliary ocular examinations.The treatment methods are systemic therapy combined with local therapy,including chemotherapy,targeted therapy,radiotherapy,photodynamic therapy,intravitreal injection,surgical treatment,etc..The treatment plan should be based on the primary tumor's type,stage,metastasis,patient's general condition,prognosis,and other relevant factors.
