摘　　要：颞下颌关节炎(temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis,TMJOA)是一种临床常见疾病,但发病机制尚不明确且缺乏有效的治疗手段,给患者带来很大困扰。因此,探究TMJOA的发病机制,寻找有效的治疗方法具有重要意义。近年来的研究表明,非编码RNA(noncoding RNA,ncRNA)参与调控TMJOA的发生、发展,在其诊断和治疗方面具有巨大潜力,因此有望成为新的诊断标志物和治疗靶标。本文将对ncRNA在TMJOA中的研究进展作一综述。Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA)is a common clinical disease.However,the pathogenesis of TMJOA is still unclear,and there is a lack of effective treatment,bringing great distress to patients.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the pathogenesis of temporomandibular arthritis and to find effective therapy.Recent studies have shown that noncoding RNA(ncRNA)is involved in regulating the development of TMJOA and has great potential in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJOA.Thus,ncRNA is expected to become new diagnostic marker and therapeutic target.We will review the research progress of noncoding RNA in temporomandibular arthritis.
