乡村振兴背景下旅游管理专业实践教学改革研究——以襄阳职业技术学院“一村多名大学计划”为例

摘　　要：乡村旅游是乡村产业振兴重要基础,发展乡村旅游的关键在于人才。文章针对当前“一村多名大学生计划”旅游管理专业在乡村旅游人才培养过程中的实践教学问题,结合襄阳、随州地区乡村旅游人才需求,从乡村旅游人才培养过程中的实践教学体系、实践教学内容、实践教学模式、实践教学环节、实践教学师资队伍等方面提出切实可行的解决路径,为“一村多名大学生计划”旅游管理专业实践教学改革提供了具体方法,全面助力乡村旅游人才振兴。Rural tourism is an important foundation for the revitalization of rural industries.The key to developing rural tourism lies in talents.This article aims at the practical teaching issues of the tourism management major in the current"Project of Multiple College Students in One Village"in the training process of rural tourism talents,combines with the needs of rural tourism talents in Xiangyang and Suizhou areas,proposes the feasible solution from practical teaching in the training process of rural tourism talents in terms of practical teaching system,practical teaching content,practical teaching model,practical teaching links,practical teaching faculty,etc.It provides specific methods for the practical teaching reform of the tourism management major in"the Project of Multiple College Students in One Village",and comprehensively assists the revitalization of rural tourism talents.
