摘  要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)已成为我国乃至全球慢性肝病的主要病因,包括非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver,NAFL)、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)和肝硬化,最终发展为肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)。早期诊断NAFLD对预防肝脏相关疾病的进展及相关并发症有重要的临床意义。肝脏脂肪变性作为NAFLD的一个基本组织学特征,准确评估和量化肝脏脂肪尤为重要,磁共振测量的质子密度脂肪分数作为无创性定量诊断肝脏脂肪的影像学方法,可以帮助临床医师及时诊断及治疗。本文对质子密度脂肪分数在NAFLD诊断中的研究进展作一综述。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become the main cause of chronic liver disease in China and even the world,including non-alcoholic fatty liver(NAFL),non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)and cirrhosis,and eventually developing into hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Early diagnosis of NAFLD has important clinical significance in preventing the progression of liver-related diseases and complications.Hepatic steatosis,which is a basic histological feature of NAFLD,is particularly important to accurately assess and quantify liver fat.MRI-derived proton density fat fraction,as a noninvasive imaging method for quantitative diagnosis of liver fat,can help clinicians diagnose and treat the disease in time.This article reviewed the research progress of proton density fat fraction in the diagnosis of NAFLD.
