摘　　要：壶腹部神经内分泌肿瘤(ampullary neuroendocrine neoplasm,A-NEN)发病率低、分类复杂且临床病理特点多样。随着A-NEN报道数量的增加,研究者对本病的认识正在不断深化。然而,由于一些临床工作者对A-NEN的认识存在不足,使得部分患者未能获得最佳的诊治。A-NEN发病初期的临床表现不典型,许多患者发现时已处于进展期。提高A-NEN的早期诊断率、明确A-NET的内镜治疗指征,以及寻找更有效的抗肿瘤治疗靶点是目前研究的重点。本文以各种类型A-NEN的临床病理特征为出发点,对诊断及治疗的相关进展进行综述,为A-NEN患者的个体化治疗提供参考依据。Ampullary neuroendocrine neoplasm(A-NEN)has low incidence,complex classification and various clinicopathological features.As more cases of A-NEN are being reported,researchers′understanding of disease is deepening.However,many patients failed to get the best diagnosis and treatment due to the lack of understanding of the disease by clinicians.The clinical manifestations in the early stage of A-NEN are not typical,and some patients are already in the progressive stage when they are diagnosed.Improving the early diagnosis rate of A-NEN,defining the endoscopic treatment indications of A-NET and finding more effective anti-tumor therapy targets are the focus of the current research.Based on the clinicopathological features of various types of A-NEN,this article reviewed the progress of diagnosis and treatment,to provide reference for individualized treatment of A-NEN patients.
