摘 要:目的:调查上海市基层医务人员营养知识水平现况,并探讨其影响因素,为社区卫生服务中心开展临床营养工作治疗提供参考。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对上海市8家社区卫生服务中心的348名医务人员进行营养知识水平现况调查。结果:营养专业知识问卷调查成绩合格48人,不合格300人;88.51%调查对象的单位未设立营养科且无专职营养师,81.90%调查对象的单位每年营养相关学习培训频次为0次,78.45%的调查对象认为目前掌握的营养知识较难满足或完全不满足现有工作需要;单因素与多因素统计分析结果显示,职业、职称、工作岗位、最近1个月对患者或居民进行过饮食建议或营养教育和对营养风险筛查量表(NRS 2002)的了解程度可能是医务人员营养知识水平的影响因素(P<0.05);调查对象最希望学习的营养知识前3位为临床营养知识、老年人营养知识和慢性病营养知识;希望学习加强自身营养知识的途径的前3位为讲授式系统学习(讲座)、相关媒体线上学习和学术会议;认为营养教育专业发展存在的问题前3位为专业知识短缺、专业技能缺乏和专业人员队伍不稳定。结论:基层医务人员的营养知识水平总体较低,应加快基层医疗卫生机构的营养学科建设,重视医务人员的临床营养诊疗能力培训,有助于社区临床营养规范化诊疗工作的开展。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of nutritional knowledge among primary medical personnel in Shanghai and explore its influencing factors,in order to provide reference for community health service centers to carry out clinical nutritional work and treatment.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted on 348 medical staff from 8 community health service centers in Shanghai.RESULTS 48 people passed the nutrition professional knowledge questionnaire survey and 300 people did not pass it.88.51%of the respondents'units had no nutrition department and no full-time Dietitian,81.90%of the respondents participate in nutrition related learning and training for 0 time every year,and 78.45%of the respondents self evaluate that their current nutrition knowledge was difficult or did not meet the existing work needs at all.The results of univariate and multivariate statistical analysis showed that occupation,professional title,job position,dietary advice or nutrition education provided to patients or residents in the past month,and understanding of the NRS 2002 scale were possible influencing factors on the nutritional knowledge level of medical personnel,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The top three most desirable nutritional knowledge contents for the survey subjects were clinical nutrition knowledge,elderly nutrition knowledge,and chronic disease nutrition knowledge.The top three ways that respondents most wanted to strengthen their nutrition knowledge through learning were lecture based systematic learning(lectures),Elearning of relevant media and academic conferences.The survey respondents believed that the top three major issues in the development of nutrition education were a shortage of professional knowledge,a lack of professional skills,and an unstable professional team.CONCLUSION The nutrition knowledge level of basic level medical personnel is generally low.It should speed up the construction of nutrition discipline in basic level hospitals,pay attention to the training of clinical nutrition diagno
