摘 要:针对煤矿通风系统主备风机传统倒机方式供风稳定性与连续性差、备用风机启动失败率高、存在通风失稳风险等问题,研究了煤矿主通风机稳风倒机技术,从煤矿通风系统大滞后、非线性特点的角度出发,提出了一种基于粒子群优化的模糊PID不停风倒机控制方案,并设计了相应系统。该系统通过优化算法自适应调节风门开合角度,可有效缩短倒机时间,提高备用风机启动成功率,实现倒机过程井下通风不中断,确保通风系统全过程安全稳定运行。Aiming at the problems of poor air supply stability and continuity,high failure rate of standby fan startup,and risk of ventilation instability in the traditional switching method of main and backup fans in coal mine ventilation system,the stable air switching technology of coal mine main ventilation fan was studied.From the perspective of large lag and nonlinear characteristics of coal mine ventilation system,a fuzzy PID non-stop air switching control scheme based on particle swarm optimization was proposed,and the corresponding system was designed.The system adaptively adjusts the opening and closing angle of the air door through optimization algorithms,which can effectively shorten the shutdown time,improve the success rate of standby fan startup,achieve uninterrupted underground ventilation during the shutdown process,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the ventilation system throughout the entire process.
