叶秀英运用通补二法辨治薄型子宫内膜经验

摘　　要：薄型子宫内膜的病机大致为精血亏虚、胞宫失养,瘀血阻滞、胞脉不畅,以及奇经受损、胞脉瘀阻3种类型。临证时先审导致薄型子宫内膜的原发疾病,以其刻下本质性、关键性的病理学特点为中医药治疗切入点,病证结合,辨证为基,审因论治。灵活运用“通补二法”,或以补为主,治以补肾填精养血,滋养胞宫;或以通为主,治以活血化瘀,畅通胞脉;或通补兼施,治以填精养血,培补奇经,兼活血化瘀,畅通胞脉,并根据月经周期气血阴阳的变化规律施治。The pathogenesis of thin endometrium is generally divided into three types:Jing and blood deficiency induced uterine deficiency,blood stasis blockage caused vascular obstruction in uterine meridian as well as Qi meridian damage induced uterine meridian blood stasis.In clinical practice,the primary disease that causes the thin endometrium should be examined first,and the essential and critical pathological characteristics should be used as the entry point for TCM syndrome treatment.By flexible use of the"methods of dredging and nourishing",to tonify or to replenish the Kidney to fill the Essence and nourish the blood and the uterus,or to dredge to promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis to unblock the meridian of uterus.Replenish the Qi meridian,and to invigorate the blood by dispelling blood stasis,to activate the blood circulation in uterus.According to the laws of Qi,blood,Yin and Yang changes the treatment is carried out.
