摘 要:目的 临床研究表明乳酸水平与乳腺癌有关。然而,乳酸水平与乳腺癌之间的因果关系仍有待确定。方法 本研究从全基因组关联分析(Genome wide association study,GWAS)数据库中获得了乳酸水平和乳腺癌的数据。然后,进行了两样本的孟德尔随机化(Mendelian Randomization,MR)研究,以确定乳酸水平对乳腺癌是否存在因果关系。结果 确定了乳酸水平对乳腺癌存在负向因果关系,MR逆方差分析(OR=0.9886,95%CI=0.974,0.997,P=0.012)。结论 MR研究表明,乳酸水平可能会降低乳腺癌患病风险,这将有助于了解乳酸水平在乳腺癌发病中的作用,为临床研究提供新的见解。Objective Clinical studies have shown that lactate levels are associated with breast cancer.However,the causal relationship between lactate levels and breast cancer remains to be determined.Methods Data on lactate levels and breast cancer were obtained from the Genome wide association study(GWAS) data base.Then a two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR) study to determine whether there is a causal association between lactate levels and breast cancer was conducted.Results A negative causal relationship between lactate levels and breast cancer was confirmed,MR inverse variance-weighted analysis showed that OR=0.9886,95% CI(0.974,0.997),P=0.012.Conclusions MR study suggests that lactate levels may reduce the risk of breast cancer,which will provide new insights into clinical research and help us understand the role of lactate levels in the development of breast cancer.
