基于CiteSpace中医药领域治疗帕金森病研究热点和趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 基于CiteSpace软件分析中医药领域下治疗帕金森病的研究热点和趋势。方法 检索中国知网1990年1月—2022年12月的相关文献,通过CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件绘制相关可视化知识图谱,分别对发文趋势、作者合作情况、关键词共现、聚类、突现情况进行分析,探讨该领域的研究热点及趋势。结果 最终纳入1210篇文献,年发文量总体呈曲线上升的趋势,作者发文量最高的是何建成,机构发文量最高的是广西中医药大学,但多以个人、团队内部研究为主,缺乏领域之间的合作。研究热点和趋势为中西医结合治疗、微生物肠脑轴、非运动症状、针灸治疗、生活质量、数据挖掘等。结论 中医药领域帕金森病研究发展前景良好,建议加强作者、机构间的合作,以期提高中医药对帕金森病的临床疗效。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of treating Parkinson's disease in the field of traditional Chinese medicine based on Citespace software.Methods The related literature in China National Knowledge Infrastructure from January 1990 to December 2022 was searched.The corresponding knowledge maps were drawn by CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software,the publishing trend,author cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence were analyzed,and the research hotspots and trends in this field were discussed.Results Finally,1,210 literature were included in the study,and the overall annual publication volume in this field showed an upward curve.He Jiancheng posted the highest number of literature,Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine was the organization with the highest volume of publications.However,most of them focused on individual and team internal research,and lacked of cooperation between fields.Researched hotspots and trends were integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,microbial gut brain axis,non-motor symptoms,acupuncture treatment,quality of life,data mining and so on.Conclusions The research on Parkinson's disease in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has a good development prospect.It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation between authors and institutions,in order to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine on Parkinson's disease.
