摘 要:目的 探讨CBL教学法在应用型医学检验人才培养中的教学效果。方法 选择2018级检验本科学生为对照组,采用常规教学法授课;选择2019级检验本科学生为实验组,采用CBL教学法授课。通过问卷调查、期末成绩、毕业生去向等方面评估CBL教学法在应用型医学检验人才培养中教学效果。结果 调查问卷显示实验组学生的学习自主性和分析解决问题能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组学生的理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CBL教学法能培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力;提高学生学习自主性和学习兴趣从而提高学习成绩,是一种适合应用型医学检验技术人才培养的教学方法。Objective To explore the teaching effect of CBL teaching method in the cultivation of the applied medical laboratory talents.Methods The undergraduates students majored in medical laboratory of 2018 were selected as the control group,the conventional teaching method was adopted;The undergraduate students majored in medical laboratory of grade 2019 were selected as the experimental group,CBL teaching method was employed.The teaching effect of CBL method in the cultivation of the applied medical laboratory talents was evaluated by questionnaires,final grades and graduates' destination.Results The questionnaire survey showed that learning autonomy and ability to analyze and solve problems of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The scores of theory and practice examination of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions CBL teaching method can develop students' ability to analyze and solve problems,and improve students' autonomy and interest in learning,thus improve their academic performance.CBL teaching method is a kind of teaching method which is suitable for training the applied medical laboratory technology talents.
