舒肝益肾方联合内分泌疗法对激素依赖型乳腺癌患者的作用效果

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝益肾方与内分泌疗法联用治疗激素依赖型乳腺癌(HDBC)的效果。方法选择2020年1月至2023年1月医院收治的70例HDBC患者,根据随机数字表法分为西药组、联合组,各35例。西药组接受内分泌疗法,联合组在西药组基础上联用舒肝益肾方。比较两组治疗前与治疗后3个月中医证候积分、免疫能力(T抑制淋巴细胞、T辅助淋巴细胞及T辅助淋巴细胞/T抑制淋巴细胞)、凝血指标[纤维蛋白原(Fib)与活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)]及肿瘤标志物[糖类抗原(CA)153与CA125]、生活质量。结果治疗后,联合组中医证候积分、T抑制淋巴细胞水平均较西药组降低,T辅助淋巴细胞及T辅助淋巴细胞/T抑制淋巴细胞水平高于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Fib及APTT水平均增加,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,联合组CA153及CA125水平均低于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组生活质量评分高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝益肾方与内分泌疗法联用治疗HDBC能提高患者免疫力,改善肿瘤标志物及生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Shugan Yishen decoction combined with endocrine therapy in patients with hormone dependent breast cancer(HDBC).Methods A total of 70 patients with HDBC treated in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were randomly divided into western medicine group and combined group,with 35 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with endocrine therapy,and the combined group was treated with Shugan Yishen decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.The TCM syndrome scores,immune ability(T-suppressed lymphocytes,T-assisted lymphocytes and T-assisted lymphocytes/T-suppressed lymphocytes),coagulation indexes[fibrinogen(Fib)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)]and tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen(CA)153 and CA125]and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and the level of T-suppressed lymphocytes in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group,and the levels of T helper lymphocytes and T helper lymphocytes/T suppressor lymphocytes in the combined group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Fib and APTT increased in both groups,but there was no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CA153 and CA125 in the combined group were lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the combined group were higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Yishen decoction combined with endocrine therapy can improve the immune ability of patients with HDBC,and improve tumor markers and quality of life.
