习近平法治思想的法治概念体系及其基本特征

摘　　要：法治概念是法学认识的思想结晶和构建中国自主法学知识体系的基础性、前提性要素。法治概念体系则是由一系列法学/法律/法治概念组建而成的结构合理、层次分明、逻辑清晰的法学知识体系,是加快构建中国特色法学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的根本性、结构性和体系化的重要支撑。习近平法治思想视野宏阔、内涵丰富、逻辑严密、论述深刻,在“法治”这个具有本源性、根本性、标识性意义的概念基础上,形成了一个由法治核心概念群、法治基本概念群、法治重大概念群和法治派生概念群等组成的法治概念体系。始终坚持“两个结合”,坚持守正创新,坚持普遍性(世界性)和民族性,坚持科学性和系统性,坚持发展性和实践性。这些重要属性充分体现了习近平法治思想之法治概念体系的基本特征。The concept of the rule of law is a fundamental and prerequisite element in the process of constructing China's legal system.The rule of law conceptual system is a wellstructured and logically clear system of jurisprudence consisting of a series of concepts of jurisprudence,law,and rule of law,and it is a fundamental and important support for the rapid development of the disciplinary,academic and discourse system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law is broad in outlook,rich in connotation,rigorous in logic and profound in exposition.On the basis of the concept of the rule of law,the rule of law system has been developed,consisting of a constellation of core concepts,basic concepts,major concepts and derived concepts.Adhering firmly to integrating the basic tenets of Marxism with China's realities and the best of its traditional culture,maintaining integrity and innovation,emphasizing both universality(cosmopolitan)and nationality,adhering to scientific rigor and systematic coherence,and emphasizing development and practice,fully reflects the basic attributes and important features of Xi Jinping Thought on the rule of law.
