摘  要:为解决大尺寸铝合金轮毂低压铸造中心浇工艺存在的轮辐处晶粒粗大和缩松等问题,提出双边浇工艺,并采用ProCAST软件对双边浇空冷工艺下的充型和凝固过程进行有限元模拟。基于模拟结果,采用水冷工艺减小了双边浇工艺的缺陷,并进行了验证。结果表明,在合适的水冷条件下,双边浇工艺能消除轮辐处的缺陷,提高力学性能。In order to solve the problems of coarse grain and loose shrinkage at the spokes in the center casting process of large-size aluminum alloy wheel casting, a two-sided pouring process was proposed, and ProCAST software was used to conduct finite element simulation of the filling and solidification process under the two-sided casting air cooling process. Based on the simulated results, the defects of the two-sided pouring process were reduced by the watercooling process, and the results were verified. The results show that the two-sided pouring process can eliminate the defects at the spoke and improve the mechanical properties under suitable water cooling conditions.
