摘 要:文章通过分析作为医院手术器械消毒供应的上下游部门的消毒供应中心与洁净手术部之间现有沟通方式及其产生的原因与特点,明确、探讨双方可实现的具体改进实践,以期建立并完善有效的沟通机制。消毒供应中心与洁净手术部之间目前使用的为正式沟通方式,其带动了标准化作业的产生和医院内部资源整合,但也存在着较为明显的优缺点。基于变革管理模型,在现有官方沟通模式的基础上引入非正式的沟通机制,建立柔性组织,倡导沟通与变革管理,能够有效实现沟通改进,针对性地提高了双方沟通效率,切实提升医院手术器械消毒供应所带来的实际效益。The article analyzes the existing communication methods,reasons,and characteristics between the disinfection supply center and the clean surgery department,which are upstream and downstream departments of hospital surgical instrument disinfection supply.It clarifies and explores specific improvement practices that can be achieved by both parties,in order to establish and improve effective communication mechanisms.The formal communication method currently used between the disinfection supply center and the clean surgery department has led to the emergence of standardized operations and the integration of internal resources in the hospital,but there are also obvious advantages and disadvantages.Based on the change management model,introducing informal communication mechanisms on the basis of existing official communication models,establishing flexible organizations,advocating communication and change management,can effectively achieve communication improvement,improve communication efficiency between both parties,and effectively enhance the actual benefits brought by the disinfection and supply of surgical instruments in hospitals.
