摘　　要：原发性中枢神经系统血管炎是指主要局限于脑实质、脊髓和软脑膜的罕见的免疫炎症性疾病,目前发病机制仍不明确且早期缺乏特征性表现,给诊断和治疗带来很大困难。现报道1例以脑梗死为首发表现的原发性中枢神经系统血管炎病例的发病与诊断过程及康复治疗方案,以期为临床尽早诊断治疗及康复干预提供新思。Primary angiitis of the central nervous system(PACNS)is a rare immune inflammatory disease mainly confined to brain parenchyma,spinal cord and pia mater.At present,the pathogenesis is still unclear and there are no characteristic manifestations in the early stage,which brings great difficulties to diagnosis and treatment.This paper reports a case of PACNS with cerebral infarction as the first manifestation,and its onset,diagnosis process and rehabilitation treatment plan.At present,the prognosis of the patient is good,which is summarized as follows in order to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation intervention as soon as possible.
