摘 要:放线是架空输电线路施工作业中的关键环节,对施工效率和成本具有直接影响。目前,架空输电线路放线主要采用无人机进行导引绳的展放,但在实际作业中存在高空作业人员数量较多、塔下作业量大、设备占用时间长等问题。为此,在阐述无人机展放导引绳现状的基础上,提出一种无人机直接穿越放线滑车的导引绳展放新工艺。通过加装悬挂框架和改造配套滑杆的方式,对无人机放线工艺流程进行优化,并对地面控制平台进行设计,进一步提升无人机放线的自动化水平,且试验测试结果证明提出的新工艺可有效减少高空作业量,提高施工效率。Cable placing is a key link in construction of overhead transmission lines,which has a direct impact on construction efficiency and cost.At present drones are mainly used for the deployment of guiding ropes in cable placing of overhead transmission lines.However there exist in practical operation problems such as a large number of high-altitude workers,a large amount of work under the tower,and long equipment occupation time.Based on analyzing current construction status of drones in guiding rope deployment,this paper proposes a new guiding rope deployment technology for drones to directly pass through the placing pulley.By installing a suspension frame and modifying the supporting sliding rod,cable placing process is optimized,and the ground control platform is designed to further improve the automation level.The test results show that the proposed technology can effectively reduce the amount of high-altitude work and improve construction efficiency.
