摘 要:为了解决医院财务管理工作中效率较低、工作内容错误较多等问题,提出一种基于机器人流程自动化的医院财务管理工作模型。该模型是经Petri网对医院财务管理中的流程进行分析然后优化所得到,通过对比实验对提出的模型进行性能检验,实验结果显示经机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术优化的账表核对流程,其工作时间缩减了4575 s,时间优化效率为95.3%,工作正确率提升8.4%。经RPA技术优化的税务管理流程,工作时间缩减了11533 s,时间优化效率为97.3%,工作正确率提升4%。结果表明RPA技术能解决财务管理工作中耗时、冗余的工作,能提升工作的效率与质量。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and many mistakes in hospital financial management,this paper proposes a hospital financial management model based on robotic process automation(RPA).This model is obtained by analyzing and optimizing the processes in hospital financial management using Petri nets.This paper tests the performance of the proposed model through comparative experiments.The experimental results show that the account table verification process optimized by RPA technology reduces its working time by 4575 s,and the time optimization efficiency reaches 95.3%.Its work accuracy increases by 8.4%.The tax management process optimized by RPA technology reduces working hours by 11533 and achievees a time optimization efficiency of 97.3%.Its work accuracy increases by 4%.The results indicate that the RPA technology can solve time-consuming and redundant work in financial management,and can improve the efficiency and quality of work.
