摘　　要：慢性肾疾病是一种常见的严重危害生命健康的疾病,常伴有多系统并发症。近年来,多项研究发现慢性肾疾病与多种口腔疾病的发生和发展有密切联系,例如牙周疾病、口腔黏膜疾病、牙体组织疾病、口腔骨组织疾病、口腔恶性肿瘤等;同时,慢性肾疾病病情也会受口腔疾病影响。本文就慢性肾疾病与口腔疾病的相关性及研究进展进行阐述,以期更有针对性的预防慢性肾疾病患者的口腔疾病的发生和进展,维护口腔健康状况。Chronic kidney disease is a common and serious life-threatening health condition,often associated with multisystemic complications.In recent years,several studies have found that chronic kidney disease is not only closely associated with the occurrence and development of a variety of oral diseases,such as periodontal disease,oral mucosal disease,dental tissue disease,oral bone tissue disease,and oral carcinoma.Meanwhile,chronic kidney disease is also affected by some oral diseases.This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between chronic kidney disease and oral diseases,in order to prevent the occurrence and progression of oral diseases and maintain oral health status.of patients with chronic kidney disease in a more targeted manner.
