摘　　要：免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的治疗中显示出巨大的益处,其单独或联合治疗已成为晚期NSCLC的标准治疗方案。该文对晚期NSCLC患者免疫治疗方案及疗效、安全性等研究进行综述,以期为患者选择获益更多的治疗方案提供理论支撑。Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have shown significant benefits in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and their individual or combination therapy has become the standard treatment option for advanced NSCLC.The article reviews immunotherapy regimens,efficacy,and safety for advanced NSCLC patients,in order to provide theoretical support for patients to choose treatment options that benefit more.
