摘　　要：儿童玩具种类繁多,功能多样,销售场所分布广泛,其存在的安全风险不能及时识别,儿童在使用过程中存在隐患,也给监管带来了一定的困难。儿童玩具的现场快速检测可以推动儿童和学生用品的安全守护行动,也能完善儿童玩具的标准体系,配套服务相关强制性国家标准,同时可以显著提高抽样的针对性,重拳打击市场上销售不合格儿童玩具的商家。本文通过实验分析温度变化为0℃~45℃时,玩具中薄膜厚度快速检测的不确定度,为玩具的现场检测提供依据。There are many kinds of toy products with various functions which are sold at widely distributed venues.The safety risks of toys can not be recognized in time,leading to potential usage risks of children,and bringing difficulties to supervision.Rapid on-site inspection of children’s toys can promote the safety of products for children and students,improve the standards system of children’s toys,and support relevant mandatory national standards.Also,the pertinence of sampling can be significantly improved,and punish those who sell unqualified children’s toys on the market.In this paper,the uncertainty of rapid detection of film thickness in toys is analyzed by experiments when the temperature changes from 0℃to 45℃,which provides a basis for the field detection of toys.
