摘 要:为分析不同生长期蒙早苦荬菜(Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao)多酚类化合物的分布特征和积累动态,采用超声波萃取技术和液相色谱质谱联用技术(UPLC-MS)对蒙早苦荬菜不同部位(茎、叶、花和种子)的总黄酮和总酚进行提取并对其主要组分进行定量分析。结果表明:蒙早苦荬菜在营养生长期各部位总黄酮和总酚的含量大小为:叶>茎,在生殖生长期各部位总黄酮和总酚的含量大小为:叶>花>茎。总黄酮和总酚主要积累在叶和花中,在开花期含量达到最高,为最适收获期。蒙早苦荬菜不同部位多酚类化合物的种类和含量有一定的差异,菊苣酸和芦丁为蒙早苦荬菜的主要活性成分。本研究为苦荬菜作为饲料添加剂的开发利用提供了理论依据。To analyze the distribution characteristics and accumulation dynamics of polyphenols in Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao at different growth stage in this study,ultrasonic extraction and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS)were used to extract the total flavonoids and total phenols from different parts(stems,leaves,flowers and seeds)of Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao,and their main components were quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids and total phenols in different parts of Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao in the vegetative growth stage were as follows:leaf>stem,and leaf>flower>stem in reproductive growth stage.The contents of total flavonoids and total phenols were mainly accumulated in leaves and flowers,and reached the highest at flowering stage,which was the optimal harvest stage.There were some differences in the types and contents of poly-phenols in different parts of Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao.Chicory acid and rutin were the main active components of Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao.This study provided a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Lactuca indica L.cv.Mengzao as a feed additive.
