摘 要:为评估某型转向架构架可靠性,提出一种基于高斯过程和一次二阶矩法的可靠性分析方法。首先建立构架有限元模型,通过静强度和灵敏度分析对其进行变量筛选;其次利用少量初始样本构建高斯过程回归模型,利用每次迭代步中产生的验算点修正响应面的拟合误差;最后通过一次二阶矩法求得构架失效概率,将结果与蒙特卡罗法进行对比。结果表明:构架强度满足要求,该方法准确度和计算效率较高。An analytical approach using Gaussian process regression and first-order second-order moment method is proposed to assess the reliability of a particular type of bogie frame.Initially,a finite element model of the frame is developed,and the variables are selected based on static intensity and sensitivity analysis.Subsequently,a small number of initial samples are utilized to construct a Gaussian process regression model.The fitting error of the response surface is corrected by using the verification points produced at each iteration step.Ultimately,the structure failure probability is computed using the second-order moment method,and the outcome is compared to the Monte Carlo method.The findings demonstrate that the structural strength satisfies the desired specifications,and the proposed method achieves high precision and computational efficiency.
