摘 要:沪杭高铁开通运营十几年,钢轨伤损病害数量明显增加,特别是擦伤、鱼鳞伤等疲劳伤损尤为突出,该类伤损不仅会大大缩短钢轨使用寿命,更有甚者会危及行车安全。针对该情况重点分析了沪杭高铁钢轨运营过程中的主要伤损类型——擦伤,研究其产生原因和发展规律,提出预防措施。对于已经形成的擦伤,根据擦伤程度制定相应的整治措施,在一定程度上减轻了在役钢轨擦伤伤损的影响。同时也为其他高速铁路钢轨伤损分析提供参考。Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway has been in operation for more than a decade,and the number of rail damage and diseases has significantly increased,especially fatigue damage such as scratches and fish scales.These types of damage not only greatly shorten the service life of rails,but even endanger train safety.In response to this situation,the main types of damage during the operation of steel rails on the Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway were analyzed,including scratches.The causes and development patterns were studied,and preventive measures were proposed.For the scratches that have already formed,corresponding remediation measures were formulated based on the degree of scratches,which to some extent reduced the impact of in-service rail scratches.At the same time,it also provided reference for the analysis of rail damage in other high-speed railways.
