摘　　要：对4种不同齿轮箱清洗剂的去污能力、腐蚀性、水分及挥发物、泡沫性能和高、低温稳定性进行了系统研究。结果表明:市售齿轮箱清洗剂仅有部分指标满足GB/T 35759—2017标准要求;自研产品首次添加了银杏叶提取物,其主要组分为含氮杂环有机物,此类有机物可通过物理吸附和化学吸附对金属起到保护作用;此外,针对4种齿轮箱清洗剂进行红外光谱分析,对应特征产物为多元脂肪醇,具有优良的去污性、乳化性能;不同清洗剂在去污力方面存在差异,很大程度跟多元脂肪醇的浓度及与其复配的其他助剂有关。The physical and chemical properties of 4 different gearbox cleaning agents were studied in this research.The decongestability,corrosion,moisture and volatiles,foam properties,temperature stability of gearbox cleaning agents were systematically studied.The results show that only some indexes of the commercially available gearbox cleaning agent meet the requirements of GB/T 35759—2017.Ginkgo biloba extract was added for the first time in the self-developed product,and its main group was divided into nitrogen-containing heterocyclic organics,which could protect metal through physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.In addition,the infrared spectrum analysis on 4 kinds of gearbox cleaning agents was conducted,the corresponding characteristic products are polyaliphatic alcohols,which have excellent deconfouling and emulsification properties.The difference in detergents is highly related to the concentration of polyaliphatic alcohols and other additives mixed with them.
