摘 要:为解决某白酒厂污水处理污泥处理成本高、资源化利用程度低等问题,通过对白酒厂废水和污泥进行水质分析,针对废水和污泥中矿物油含量较高的问题,分别从过程废水控制和末端污泥治理两种途径开展实验分析,分别研究不同类型破乳剂对废水中油类物质的去除效果的影响;投加不同特定微生物菌种对污泥中矿物油去除效果的影响。并从系统流程、时间效益、经济成本等综合考虑对比分析得出,采用复合类破乳剂去除废水中矿物油效果更优。In order to solve the problems of high cost and low resource utilization of sewage treatment sludge of a white distillery,the water quality analysis of wastewater and sludge of a white distillery was carried out,aiming at the problem of high mineral oil content in wastewater and sludge,and the experimental analysis was carried out from two ways:process wastewater control and terminal sludge treatment.The effects of different demulsifiers on the removal of oil substances in wastewater were studied.Effects of different specific microbial strains on the removal of mineral oil from sludge.Based on the comparative analysis of system process,time benefit and economic cost,it is concluded that the effect of removing mineral oil from wastewater by using complex demulsifier is better.
