摘　　要：脂肪栓塞性卒中(CFE)为一种罕见卒中,由于脂肪微粒也可以通过穿透肺毛细血管等方式绕过肺循环,因此卵圆孔未闭不是发生CFE的完全必要条件。对于颅内大血管的CFE,应尽快行机械取栓术。完整且大体积的非医源性脑栓塞的脂肪栓子临床十分罕见,此类栓子质地柔韧且具有较强的变形能力,建议首先尝试应用大口径抽吸导管负压吸引的方法取出栓子。该文报道1例颈内动脉脂肪栓塞性卒中行血管内介入治疗的患者,并结合文献报道进行分析,以期为临床医师诊断和治疗该类疾病提供参考。Cerebral fat embolism(CFE)is a rare type of stroke.Ovarian foramen ovale is not completely necessary for a CFE,and fat particles can bypass the pulmonary circulation,for example by penetrating pulmonary capillaries.CFE of the large intracranial vessels should be treated with mechanical thrombectomy as soon as possible.Complete and large fat emboli of non-medical cerebral embolism are very rare.These emboli are flexible and have strong deformability,so the first-line strategy recommended is to remove the emboli by negative pressure suction with a large diameter aspiration catheter.In this paper,we reported a case of internal carotid artery fat embolism stroke patient who received intravascular interventional therapy and analyzed the literature reports to provide references for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
