摘 要:ATO是锑掺杂的二氧化锡材料,具有良好的导电性、优异的化学稳定性、较好的分散性、较好的透光性能和气敏性能,可广泛应用于导电材料、隔热涂料、导电玻璃、抗静电用导电填料、气体传感器等领域。由于ATO优异的物理化学性能,很多应用领域对其掺杂均匀性及纯度的要求也比较高。对ATO材料的合成方法进行了广泛调研,对比了现有合成技术存在的不足,研究了化学共沉淀法采用将锡盐、锑盐分开共滴加入的方式,控制锡盐、锑盐的水解速度,制备的掺杂ATO均匀性好、重复性高、存放周期长。ATO is an antimony-doped tin dioxide material,which has good electrical conductivity,excellent chemical stability,good dispersion,good light transmission and gas sensitivity performance,and is a new type of multi-functional semiconductor material.And ATO can be widely used in conductive materials,thermal insulation coatings,conductive glass,conductive fillers for antistatic,gas sensors and other fields.Due to the excellent physical and chemical properties of ATO,many application fields have high requirements for uniformity and purity.In this paper,the synthesis methods of ATO materials are extensively investigated and the shortcomings of existing synthesis technologies are compared.And investigated the process conditions for synthesizing high-uniformity,high-purity ATO materials by co-chemical precipitation method.
