摘  要:教育家精神是隐藏在教育家集体人格及其实践背后的精神共相,从教育家的人格“长相”入手来透视教育家精神是精准定义教育家精神的科学之道。教育家是“梦想、思想、创想”的时代杰作,教育家精神是教育家实践旨趣的精神镜像,人民教育家精神是为民“立德、立学、立教”实践的意义浓缩与精神镜像。新时代人民教育家精神的时代蕴含是:“家国天下”的立德精神、“知行统一”的立学精神与“仁智兼修”的立教精神。从“三修”,即修身、修心、修业入手,升华教师的师魂、睿化教师的心智、精化教师的技艺,是人民教育家精神落地培育的现实路径。The spirit of educators is the spiritual momentum behind the achievement of their life dreams,great achievements and great personalities.Educator's spirit is the spiritual universals hidden behind educator's collective personality and its practice.It is a scientific way to define people's educator's spirit accurately from the perspective of educator's personality“appearance”.The educator is the masterpiece of The Times of“dream,thought and creation”,the educator spirit is the spiritual mirror of the educator's practical purported interest,and the people's educator spirit is the meaning concentration and spiritual mirror of the practice of“establishing morality,learning and teaching”for the people.The spirit of people's educators in the new era contains the moral spirit of“home,country and the world”,the spirit of“unity of knowledge and practice”and the spirit of“benevolence and wisdom and cultivation”.Starting from the“three cultivation”,namely,cultivating the body,the heart and the profession,sublimating the teacher's soul,invigorating the teacher's mind and refining the teacher's skills,is the practical way to cultivate the spirit of people's educators.
